This event is held at the Frankfort Event Center. It is a 2 floor, 3 room event center.

Santa will be taking photos until 1:30pm. You can reserve your time using the link on our homepage.

Yes! There is an elevator for those who wish to use it to get to the second floor.

Yes! We have a charcuterie vendor who will be selling snacks. We also have pie, cookie, and baker vendors - all with treats for sale. There will also be beverage trucks in the parking lot serving hot chocolate and holiday mocktails.

No, tickets are not refundable or transferable.

If you've purchased tickets in advance, please go to the ADVANCE TICKET line at the entrance. Your name and ticket count will be on our list.

Find the Reindeer Booth and give your name. If it is on our advance reservation list, you will receive the discount.
